After shared the first 10" with master Russ Disciple, the young dubmaker Tozer had carte blanche and composed the two riddims of this vinyl. The level was so high that he made a strong impression on us, but let's say the bet is a success!
Unlike this first reference, a singer is present to bring an extra energy to Tozer's stepper, and not just any... It's Dixie Peach, legendary MC of the Jah Tubby's team, who signs this awesome "Rise Up". While for the 3rd part, he surrounded himself with the talented Makiko for a melodica version very high.
